As a voluntary organisation, the GAFIRS operational HQ is not manned at all times. Our rescue boat and shore crews are on pager call-out 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year but if you'd like to visit there are regular times when GAFIRS members will be available:
From April until November the station is manned on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am to 6pm. During winter hours (November to April) the station is manned on Sundays from 10am to 4pm
